If you reserve our transfer, the Morning Bus will come to your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel to pick you up. At approximately 12:15 p.m., arrive at Tuan Chau Pier and board the Orchid Premium Cruise. Take in the cruise briefing and make sure your cabin is ready.
- In The Afternoon
After that, the ship leaves for its voyage around Halong and Lan Ha Bay, dropping its first anchor at Dark-Bright Cave. Kayak into the cave and take in the breathtaking view of the limestone mountains and lagoon. Another choice is to go to Ba Trai Dao Beach, which is among Lan Ha Bay's most stunning beaches, if the weather permits. You can swim in the glistening sea, kayak, and relax on the sandy beach. Early evening Return to the ship to unwind by the outdoor pool while enjoying a cocktail during Happy Hour (buy one, get one free) or take part in a cooking class led by the cruise chef.
- Evening
Savor a range of European and Vietnamese cuisines for dinner. Following that, you can order drinks, visit a spa, play board games, watch movies, and go squid fishing. Spend the night on board.
- Morning
Take in the crisp morning air and take a Tai Chi class on the upper deck. As the ship sails toward Cat Ba island, a light breakfast is provided starting at 7:00 a.m. By electric car or bicycle, you will go to the island's Viet Hai village where you will meet the people and take in the peaceful paths that meander through the jungle. At 12:00 am, savor your lunch.
- In The Afternoon
Orchid Cruise will take visitors to Ba Men Temple in the afternoon, where they can unwind on the beach or go kayaking in an undeveloped area. Passengers will return to the main boat at 4:00 p.m. to relax and take in the scenery.
- Evening
Dinner will be served around 7:15pm. After that, tourists can enjoy their free time onboard: admiring Halong Bay beauty on the sundeck, sipping a drink and making new friends at the cruise’s luxury bar, watching a movie, or trying squid fishing with staff.
- Morning
For those who enjoy the dawn, 5:30–6:00 is the time. To take in the fresh air and observe the peaceful bay, you might wish to attend a Tai Chi class on the sundeck. Following breakfast, visitors will go to Hoa Cuong grotto, also known as Diamond Cave, an unspoiled grotto tucked away in a mountain of woodland. Return to Orchid Cruise between 9:45 and 10:00 am for the check-out timetable. There will be a delicious catered brunch. When the ship returns to Tuan Chau Marina at around 11:30 am, passengers exit and bid the cruise farewell.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $50/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024 and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)
- Shuttle bus: $40/ adult and $30/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
