Yes, we offer both a shared shuttle bus and a private limousine transfer with door-to-door hotel pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can add this during booking or simply let us know your hotel and we will arrange it. Best regards.

Hi Joey, Yes, the Royal Signature Cruise is operating. We can certainly book for November 4th. For the shuttle service, the free service is no longer included and instead we have reduced the cruise price so travelers can have the flexibility of arranging one's own transfer if preferred. Dear Vijay Babu, Please be advised that the Athena Royal Cruise offers a complimentary round-trip shuttle service between Hanoi and the cruise port. While pick-up from Hanoi is included, drop-off at Cat Bi International Airport in Hai Phong is not covered under the free shuttle service. Should you wish to travel to Cat Bi Airport after the cruise, we would be happy to arrange a private transfer for you at a rate of $40 per car (up to 2 passengers). Dear Ann, I wish to advise you that Signature Royal and Signature Cruise is mutual sister line cruises so basically, sharing the same itinerary and quality service. However, Signature Royal will have better facilities and meals than Signature Cruise. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Phoebe
