- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

Our flight is landing 8:45am to Hanoi. At what time is the cruise departing from the Check in at Tuan Chau Marina on March 27 ? Is the time enough to travel from airport to Tuan Chau Marina via a taxi ?

Dear Sgpro, The cruise departs at 12.00pm so if you can leave the airport by 9.30am, you might be able to check in on time. However, it is still a bit risky so if possible, I will recommend you to stay in Hanoi then join the cruise the next day. Best regards, Cindy
