Staff welcomes you at Ylang Waiting Lounge in Tuan Chau Marina before a speed boat takes you to Ylang Cruise. Check in the cabin and enjoy a refined lunch set menu at Ylang’s restaurant while the cruise moves further to the bay. After lunch, free time on the sundeck or on the private balcony to enjoy the magnificent view of limestone mountains.
- Afternoon
Ylang’s first stop is at Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island where guests can ride a bicycle or use e-cart transfer to visit along the tranquil roads, mingle with locals, and understand their daily life. Back on Ylang cruise, it is the best time to watch the sunset on the terrace deck, join a tea tasting lesson, or rejuvenate at the spa.
- Evening
Choose the best dishes in the fine a-la-carte dinner menu. After dinner, a "singing bowl meditation" will be guided in the wellness studio to maximize relaxation and promote good sleep. Otherwise, watching the nightlife on the bay or booking a spa treatment is an unmissable option for you until late night. Overnight on board.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- Children below 4 years are not allowed on board (unless granted special permission by Heritage Line; please contact us). Parents are liable for their children.
- A child from 4 to 11,99-years-old pays 30% of the adult rate (sharing) if sharing a cabin with two adults (sharing existing bed or on extra bed).
- A child from 4 to 11,99-years-old pays 75% of the adult rate (sharing) if sharing a cabin with one adult (using existing bed).
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Admission fee: A mandatory surcharge of 13 USD per person applies for 1-Night itinerary; and of 19 USD per person applies for the 2-Night itinerary. If not otherwise stated, surcharge applies for cruise-only or tour bookings including a Lan Ha Bay cruise. Entrance fees are subject to change without prior notice.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of 100 USD per adult and 50 USD per child applies for cruise (or tour) bookings on Christmas Eve (24 December) & New Year’s Eve (31 December).
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email

Hi, on day 2 of 3D/2N cruise, does it transfer guests on to a smaller day boat / speed boats for excursions or sails towards such destinations.

Also, do you offer transfers from Hanoi to the boat? And for on-board payments for things like food and drink, do you accept Wise card? Or only cash?
