You will be greeted at your hotel in the Old Quarter to take the new highway to Tuan Chau Pier (if book our shuttle bus).
- Afternoon
Board the Heritage Cruise's boat and enjoy a welcome drink as you receive a cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in to your suite. Lunch is served at L’Indochine Restaurant. Later cruise to Da Chong islet, where you can see a heritage lighthouse built by the French more than 100 years ago. After lunch, cruise to Gia Luan Lagoon where limestone karst formations rise out of the sea. This quiet bay is untouched and remote, as not many cruise ships visit. At 14:45 the cruise vessel approaches Ao Ech Area (Frog Pond Area) where guests can try kayaking or simply swim in the clear waters of the bay. Those who do not kayak or swim can visit a Pearl Farm and discover the pearl cultivation in Halong Bay.
- Evening
Enjoy our afternoon Tea and Coffee with some pastries and join HAPPY HOUR (Discount 20% for Beer, Cocktail, Mocktail, Fruit Juice and some Special Bottle of Wine) while watching the stunning sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. A workshop on making traditional Vietnamese moon cakes will take place from 16:30 to 18:30. Afterwards, a memorable dining experience will be offered at the restaurant, with local food in an intimate and romantic setting. Enjoy evening views of the bay at the bar on the top deck. Try your hand with squid fishing. The bars are open until late.
- Morning
Start the day with a session of Vovinam on the sundeck. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a light breakfast on board. At 7:15 we shall head off in a bamboo boat to explore the Dark and Bright Cave. Return to the ship for checkout. At 10:00 enjoy brunch while cruising back to harbour.
- Noon
Departure to Hanoi for those who have booked our Limousine service.14:00 Approximate time of arrival in Hanoi, and drop-off at your hotel.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $80/adult and $40/child for December 24th, December 31st
- Vietnam Holiday Surchage : Surcharge of $40/adult and $35/child for travel during Lunar New Year (5, 6, 7, 8/2/2027)
- Shuttle bus: $40/person (adults and children round trip). Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

This timeframe might be too tight for you to complete check-in and security procedures and make your departure on time.
