When you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, the personnel will greet you and help you check in your luggage in the waiting area.
- Afternoon
Embark and sip on a welcoming beverage. As you eat lunch in the restaurant, the ship sets sail for Halong Bay, passing hundreds of limestone islets and islands. One of the most stunning islands in Halong Bay, Titop Island, is the first destination. Hiking to the summit of the mountain or lounging on the beach with a swim in the water are two options. Return to the boat later and head to Luon Cave to go kayaking.Those who don't kayak can unwind while riding in a local's sampan boat. Come back to Hera Classic Boutique to take part in the cooking class and Sunset party as the sun sets. In addition, don't miss Happy Hour, when you may enjoy your favorite beverages from a wide selection by purchasing two and getting one free.
- Evening
At 19:30, enjoy dinner. After that, you can unwind with a free herbal foot bath in your room, take in a traditional costume fashion display, engage in some bamboo dancing, go squid fishing, or schedule a massage at the front desk. Spend the night on board. Included were lunch and dinner.
- Morning
Tai Chi classes on the sun terrace are a great way for early risers to begin the day. After that, savor a modest breakfast that includes pastries, coffee, tea, Vietnamese pho, an egg station, etc. Sung Sot Cave, the biggest cave in Halong with stunning stalactites and stalagmites, is the final expedition. Returning to the ship to change into new clothes and prepare for the 9:30 am departure. Savor a buffet lunch early in the afternoon as Hera Classic sails back to the Tuan Chau harbor. Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-10 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
- Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adults.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $35/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024. Surcharge $20/person for Lunar New Year 2025 (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025)
- Shuttle bus: $30/ adult/ round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- For 3 day/2 night itinerary: On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
