- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $40/adult and $30/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay overnight on December 24th and/or December 31st 2025. Surcharge $25/pax/night on Vietnamese Lunar New Year (16, 17, 18, 19/02/2026)
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

We had 3 days staying on this bay. Mila Cruise staff organized a great pick up from Hanoi. Nice boat and cabin, varieties of food ready upon our arrival, on deck was a happy hour where we had the best drinks with great offers (make sure to try some flavors of cocktails). Absolute

Bruce Lee was a great man. I had a wonderful time with him during nearly every activity. Honestly, if my friends hadn’t been around, I would’ve loved to have dinner with him. He was definitely the highlight of this trip!

You would need to arrange for a taxi to take you to Tuan Chau pier, which is the boarding point for the Mila Cruise.
