Our guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi, transfer to Sunworld International Harbor (if using our shuttle bus).

Arrival at, Sunworld International Harbor, you have a short time to relax before embark one of the Tonkin Cruise Junk Boat.

Transfer to Tonkin Cruise Junk Boat by tender (5 -10 minutes).

Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- Check-in on board: 12:00pm – 12:30pm
- Check-out / disembark: 9:30am – 11:00am (final day, after brunch)
- Children under 5 sharing existing bedding: free of charge (max 1 child per cabin)
- Children 5–11 sharing with 2 adults: 75% of the adult rate
- Children from 12 are charged as adults
- Single occupancy supplement: +70% of the per-person rate
- Peak surcharge applies on national holidays, Christmas & Lunar New Year
- A maximum of 2 adults + 1 child, or 3 adults, per standard cabin
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking; the balance is due on the cruise day

- Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure for a full refund
- Cancellation 3–7 days before departure: 50% charge
- Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: 100% charge

Yes, we offer both a shared shuttle bus and a private limousine transfer with door-to-door hotel pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can add this during booking or simply let us know your hotel and we will arrange it. Best regards.
