From 11:45am – 12:00pm, Capella gives you a warm welcome at Tuan Chau Marina. After the check-in session, you move to the cruise by boat. The very first experience on Capella Cruise is a delightful buffet lunch at the fine dining restaurant - Harmony of the Sea (featuring a separate menu for vegetarians and special diets).
- Afternoon
In the afternoon, Capella anchors for outdoor activities on the Ao Ech. Numerous entertaining facilities are available, listed as seasonal swimming pool, jacuzzi, floating ocean pool, inflatable water slide, kayak. Alternatively, you can bask in the warm sunlight on the Ocean Sky sundeck or relax at the mini-golf course. At dusk, you are invited to join Sunset Happy hours (Buy 2 get 1 free) at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge and the sundeck area. You will be feasted on freshly prepared canapés while waiting for the dark orange sunset. Moreover, don't miss the fun cooking demonstration with the guidance of talented chefs.
- Evening
After a half day full of amazing activities, the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant with the sophisticated chefs waits to indulge you in a delightful fusion feast of seafood and 5-star dishes. After dinner, you can take part in funny onboard activities such as casino games at the Cigar & Poker room; boarding games at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge. For those who seek a local-like experience, night squid fishing is a great option to experience. After getting enough recreational activities onboard, you spend a peaceful night in the delighted cabin of Capella.
- Morning
Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise and join the Tai Chi session to refresh your body and mind. Light breakfast with nutritious options is waiting for you in the dining area before the speed boat picks you up to proceed to Viet Hai Pier at around 8:00. Visit Viet Hai Village on a bicycle or electric car. You have a chance to mingle with locals, watch a beautiful cave and lagoo, visit an ancient house, and try fish massage here. Later, continue to access the Ba Trai Dao Beach area where you can unwind on the pristine sandy beach or immerse in the crystal water of the bay.
- Afternoon
Back to Capella Cruise. Lunch is served in the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant at around 13:00 pm. Later, enjoy a Vietnamese tea ceremony to understand about Vietnamese culture and tradition. Happy Hour - Buy 2 get 1 drink free is still available at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge or on the sundeck. If you haven't tried the cooking class on the first day, don't miss it at 18:00-18:45.
- Evening
Fine dining meal is served in Harmony Restaurant. Free time with a bunch of evening activities such as poker, squid fishing, boarding game, etc. Overnight on board.
- Morning
Taking Tai-chi exercise at Ocean Sky Sundeck is a great way to start a brand-new day. After enjoying the superb breakfast at the private restaurant, you will take on an excursion to uncover the Dark & Bright Cave on traditional rowing bamboo boats or kayaking. After getting enough water-based activities, you come back to Capella Cruise. Within 1 leisure hour, you feel free to sunbathe or join in different recreational activities.
- Noon
The cabin check-out process starts at 9:30 while Capella sails towards the port. You will enjoy an appetizing buffet brunch at the restaurant after checking out. After the Capella crew say farewell, you will come back to Tuan Chau Marina by boat. The journey finishes at 11:00.

- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

Hi we are looking at booking the cruise in September. There will be 2 adults and 10 year old child. Is the board games for children or adults? What is the cruise policy for bad weather as I could not find this. We would not be around to book on another day so would need a refund. Kind regards Janna

Dear Ms. Janna Chen, Yes, we do offer transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay for Capella Cruise. The cost is USD USD 35/person for round trip shuttle bus. Regarding the activities on board, the cruise offers water slide, karaoke and poker club, I hope it works for you. For bad weather policy, if the cruise cannot operate due to the bad weather and you cannot make it on any other date, we will process a full refund as per your request. I hope this information helps. Hi Nadia, Yes, we can arrange a private car transfer from the cruise pier directly to Noi Bai Airport for you. The earliest time you can reach the airport is 2:00pm so a flight at 4:30pm is reasonable. Can I book a shuttle from Ninh Binh to the cruise and then return to Hanoi? The booking form only shows Hanoi-based transfers. If this is possible, how do I add the Ninh Binh pickup to my reservation?

Dear Emma, Yes, we can arrange a shuttle bus round trip for the Ninh Binh - Halong - Hanoi route at a cost of $35 per person. To book this, please select the Hanoi-Halong-Hanoi transfer option on the booking form and include a note stating that you require a pickup in Ninh Binh.
