CHECK IN Guests who arrive at Tuan Chau on their own will be assisted at Waiting Lounge No. 38 at Tuan Chau International Marina. There will be short breaks on the way for rest and refreshments

GUIDED TO THE TENDER BOAT FOR TRANSFER TO THE AZURA CRUISE

ENJOY THE WELCOME DRINKS AND HAVE LUNCH Enjoy a welcome drink while listening to the safety policy and a general introduction to the itinerary. Lunch will be served in the restaurant on the cruise.

JOIN ACTIVITIES IN THE AO ECH LAGOON Unwind with a gentle swim in the open sea or our floating pool, with life vests always available for your comfort. Take a dip in the cruise’s panoramic swimming pool, or enjoy a peaceful kayaking experience in the calm waters of Ao Ech Lagoon.

SUNSET PARTY & HAPPY HOUR TIME Sunset Party and Happy Hour is the ideal time to sip a cup of hot tea while watching the sunset on the bay or you can soak in the Jacuzzi on the sundeck, sunbathe and freely visit and take pictures. In particular, guests have the opportunity to participate in the Happy Hour program "Buy 2 drinks, get 1 drink free" at the bar.

- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- A maximum of 2 adults + 1 child, or 3 adults, per standard cabin
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking; the balance is due on the cruise day

Thank you for your interest in Azura Cruise. Yes — our Family Suite comfortably fits 3 guests. For your dates the best available rate is around $329 per person including all meals on board. We also offer a round-trip shuttle between Hanoi and the harbour for $30 per person. Best regards.

For a group of 6 we recommend three cabins, two of which can be arranged as connecting cabins for your convenience. The Lan Ha Bay itinerary visits the key highlights of the route — we have emailed you the full day-by-day program with all sightseeing stops. Best regards.

Yes, we offer both a shared shuttle bus and a private limousine transfer with door-to-door hotel pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can add this during booking or simply let us know your hotel and we will arrange it. Best regards.
