- Morning
Reach the Halong International Harbor around 11:30 o'clock. After boarding the cruise ship, take a welcome drink and pay attention to the safety instructions and cruise briefing. The restaurant serves lunch throughout the afternoon. As the ship gets closer to Luon Cave, you can relax in a bamboo boat rowed by a local or go kayaking on your own. Then head back to the boat and swim to the second location at Titop Beach. The cruise then continues on to the sleeping section.
- Evening
Prior to supper being served in the restaurant, there would be a culinary class on the sundeck. You can spend the evenings lounging on the deck, sipping great wine, getting pampered at a spa, or going squid fishing from the boat. Included were lunch and dinner.
- Morning
Rise early to participate in a Tai Chi class on the sundeck while taking in the breathtaking view of the rising sun. Before the ferry arrives to Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave at 7:20 am, get some coffee or tea and some snacks. This cave is well-known for the amazing stalactite and stalagmite formations that are illuminated by a mysterious mixture of lights. Enjoy the goodbye meal as we head back to the port after you return to the ship and pack your bags. At 11:00, arrive at the port and take a car back to Hanoi. Tour concludes. Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $20 for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024 and Lunar New Year 2025 (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025).
- Shuttle bus: $30/pax/round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
