After checking in at Halong International Harbor, transfer to the cruise ship by tender. Savor the ship briefing and welcoming cocktails.
- In The Afternoon
When the ship sets sail for Bai Tu Long Bay, savor lunch. Visit Cong Do Area to go kayaking and discover the bay's unspoiled splendor. Make your way back to the junk and take in the stunning sunset from the upper deck. Participate in a culinary class or place an order for your favorite bar cocktails.
- Evening
Savor your meal at 19:15. After dinner, night squid fishing is possible. Meals included: Lunch, Dinner
- Morning
Get up early to enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sundeck at sunrise. Savor a simple breakfast consisting of pastries, coffee, and tea. Take a sampan boat ride to the floating fishing village of Vung Vieng. Come back and prepare to check out. Savor a breakfast buffet as the cruise returns to the dock. Disembark between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. Included were breakfast and lunch.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $20 for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024 and Lunar New Year 2025 (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025).
- Shuttle bus: $30/pax/round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Yes, we offer both a shared shuttle bus and a private limousine transfer with door-to-door hotel pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can add this during booking or simply let us know your hotel and we will arrange it. Best regards.
