- Morning:
Our guide will pick you up at hotel for a car trip to Tuan Chau (transfer by shuttle bus or private vehicle, not included in cabin price). Arrive in Tuan Chau Island at around 11:30 am. Get on board by noon and enjoy welcome cocktail and cruise briefing.
- Afternoon:
After checking in your cabin and taking short break is the time for a lavish menu of tasty Paradise lunch on board that focus on the fresh and charming Halong’s seafoods. As you savor the first meal on board, enjoy contemplating the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay. Your first destination is Tung Sau Pearl Farm which we will introduce you to how pearl is made.
- Evening:
At 19:00, experienced chef of Paradise cruise delights your dinner with another menu of Vietnamese delicacies. After dinner, enjoy on-board activities with your fellow friends or family on the sundeck, or play board games and relax at Paradise Spa.
- Morning:
Get up early for the morning Taichi class on Sundeck. Enjoy morning sea activities before digging in the delicious breakfast buffet at 7:00AM. This morning is the last chance for you to witness the breathtaking landscape of the emerald gulf of Halong Bay. Today you will visit Sung Sot (Surprising) Cave - the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Afterward, hearty breakfast will be served and check out time is at 9:40am.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 85% of adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- An extra charge of USD 30.00 per extra bed if required to set up in the cabin for 02 days/1night program or USD 60.00 per extra bed for 03 days/2 nights program (already included in children rate). An extra charge of USD 10.00 per baby cot for 02 days/1 night program or USD 15.00 per baby cot for 03 days/ 2nights program if require. This extra service is subject to Paradise Cruises availability.
- The child rate for children from 5 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. In case the child occupies the sole cabin, the rate for adult is applied
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge of $55 per person per night applies for Christmas (24 Dec) and New Year (31 Dec)
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Dear Marc Pagé, We offer a round-trip shuttle service from Hanoi to Halong for $32/ person. Alternatively, you can book a private sedan car for $195, which accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child. Regarding kayaking, it is not included in the cabin price for Paradise Cruises. If you wish to book a kayak, it costs $15 for two people. We booked a 2 night 2-21-25 through 2-23-25. Our credit card was charged a partial payment on the 24th of August for 327.29 us dollars. We haven't received a confirmation email for our reservation. The description name on our credit card transaction is OP*HALONG BAY TOURS. This reservation would be under Gregory and Jodean Jensen. We had included a private car to pick us up and drop us off from our hotel as well. Can you help me find my reservation? Thank you
