Prepare to be picked up at approximately 8:00 by our shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor at approximately 12:15. You will be taken to Oasis Bay Cruise for a welcome drink, cabin check-in, and safety briefing following a brief interlude in Oasis Bay Lounge.
- Afternoon
A special meal will be served to greet you warmly as Oasis Bay Cruise sails to stunning destinations. You get access to Halong Bay's most serene swimming and kayaking location in the afternoon. In addition, there is a large trampoline where you may have fun with other passengers, as well as a jacuzzi located throughout the voyage. Return to the ship to unwind on the sundeck and take part in Happy Hour at dusk. Buy two and receive one drink free.
- Evening
Taste a sumptuous dinner at 7:00 p.m. to awaken your palate! You should use the evening rest period for pleasure. You can interact with other passengers while dancing, playing games, or simply enjoying your drinks from the bar. Bar hours end at 1:45 a.m. Among the meals were: 2

Get up and shine. While enjoying a delectable breakfast, do not miss the breathtaking daybreak over Halong Bay. After checking out, pay your bill. Reach the pier at eleven thirty.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- Children under 4 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Free Baby Cot – Subject to the availability) - Limited to 1 child / 1 cabin.
- Children from 4 to 11 years old sharing the double/ twin cabin with 1 adult or sharing the triple cabin with 2 adults are charged 75% adult.
- Two children stay in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each
- Children from 12 years old will be charged as adults
- 1 child from 4 to 11 years old stays in a separate single cabin and is charged 75% of a full price single cabin.
- Surcharge ( applied for all tour ): 25 USD/ pax/ night for Christmas Eve on Dec 24th, New Year’s Eve on Dec 31st 2024, and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

For a group of 6 we recommend three cabins, two of which can be arranged as connecting cabins for your convenience. The Halong Bay itinerary visits the key highlights of the route — we have emailed you the full day-by-day program with all sightseeing stops. Best regards.

Yes, we offer both a shared shuttle bus and a private limousine transfer with door-to-door hotel pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can add this during booking or simply let us know your hotel and we will arrange it. Best regards.
