Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- Kayaking, cooking demonstration, Tai Chi session, bamboo boating, beach (in good weather condition), movies, squid fishing, music entertainment.
- English speaking tour guide and onboard service fee.
- Welcoming drink, two bottles of water in cabin.
- Onboard insurance, sightseeing fees and value added tax.
- Hanoi – Ha Long transportation (luxury bus is available to be booked).
- Massage treatment (available to be booked in advance).
- Personalexpenses and services not included in the service include.
- Children less than 4 years of age are FOC, sharing a room with parents
- Children from 4 to 10 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a twin room
- Children from 11 years of age and above are charged as adult
- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $40/adult and $30/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay overnight on December 24th and/or December 31st. Surcharge $25/pax/night on Vietnamese Lunar New Year (16, 17, 18, 19/02/2026)
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Is all the beds on the Royal suites smaller than the senior suites? Also, is the balcony of the royal bigger than the senior suites or no? Thanks.

What is the difference between Junior Suite and Senior Suite? Picture and room dimensions are the same.
