After arriving at the waiting lounge at Halong International Cruise Port, check in for luggage transfer.
- Afternoon
Check in aboard and enjoy a welcome drink while listening to safety briefing. Enjoy a delicious lunch set menu in the restaurant as the ship starts cruising to Halong Bay. The first stop is Luon Cave - one of the most ideal places in Halong for kayaking or sampan boat trip. Then, proceed to Titov Island, enjoy swimming or hiking to the top of the mountain and enjoy the best panoramic view. Return to the cruise for relaxing.
- Evening
Enjoy dinner in the restaurant. After dinner, relax in the room or try squid fishing, spa, etc.
Important Notes
- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4 - under 11 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate (no extra bed).
- Children aged 11 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $45 per adult and $25 per child per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December.
- On the second day, you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)
- Shuttle bus service: $30/person/round trip. Pick-up location: Hanoi Old Quarter area.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.

Dear Lucy, I am sorry that La Regina Royal Cruise is not available on 13 Dec for 3 days/2 nights. May I know if you can start the tour one day earlier, from 12 to 14 Dec? I can arrange 3 cabins on this cruise for those dates. Please be advised it is not possible to hike to Navy Peak when you visit Viet Hai village.
