- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the day cruise boarding time.

- All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email.
- 15 days before departure date: 20% of total tour price.
- Between 14 and 5 days: 50% of total tour price.
- Between 5 and 2 days: 75% of total tour price
- Less than 48 hours – No Show: Full charge.

Dear Mr Duong, I wish to advise it cost 30usd/person for round trip Hanoi - Halong - Hanoin in a day tour. Our sharing bus will pickup/ dropoff at hotels in old quarter. If your hotel is located outside of location, clients will need to gather at our office 72 Hang trong to catch the bus on time.
