- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the day cruise boarding time.

Would love to cruise but afterwards would like to go to cat ba island. Noticed the ferry ends early. Can we can do this cruise and still get to the island? Can we make this work in March?

Dear Diane Lieuallen, Based on the current schedule and local transfer times, it should be feasible to catch the last ferry to Cat Ba Island, which typically departs around 6:00 PM. The transfer from Halong International Cruise Port to Dong Bai Pier takes approximately 45 minutes. As Iris Cruise is scheduled to disembark between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, you should have sufficient time to reach the pier for the final ferry. Alternatively, if you prefer a cruise that disembarks a bit earlier to allow for a more relaxed transfer, I would be pleased to recommend the Ambassador Cruise. This cruise disemba

Dear Paul, Please be advised that Iris Cruise departs from Halong International Port and I think your cruise ship will dock at the same port (all the cruises will dock at Halong International Port) so you can just walk from your cruise ship terminal to Iris Cruise terminal.
