For your car excursion to Halong City, our guide will pick you up at your hotel (transport by shuttle bus or private vehicle, not included in cabin price). Make the most of your journey by stopping along the way to observe the rural landscapes of Vietnam's villages. At 11:30, arrive at the port, board the cruise ship, and take advantage of a welcome drink.
- Afternoon
Enjoy a delectable lunch set while taking in the breathtaking view of Halong Bay from the cruise ship's picturesque windows after hearing the safety instructions for the journey and checking into your accommodation. As we sail around Halong Bay's body of water, you will witness the numerous caves and grottos. Set out to Titop Island at 16:00. You have more than an hour to enjoy the sun, swim, or hike to the top of the mountain to take in the breathtaking view of the bay. Set out and cruise for around thirty minutes to our overnight anchorage. ________________

Anyone interested is welcome to join us in the dining hall where they can witness our fruit and vegetable cutting demonstration and learn how to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine from our chef. Not too long later, there will be a mixed-cuisine dinner available. If you're looking for family-friendly activities in the evening, board games are available. You can also try your luck at squid fishing, which is a unique sport in Halong Bay at night. Included in the meals: 2
- Morning
At 7:45 a.m., there is a light breakfast and a Tai Chi morning session on the sundeck, which gets the day started early but with enthusiasm. After transferring by tender to the Indochina Sails day boat, set out on a scenic 25-kilometer journey to the Lan Ha Bay region from Halong Bay. The visit to Dark - Bright Cave, an underwater cave with serene lagoon views, makes the journey even more thrilling. You will have around one and a half hours to explore this area. Return to the dayboat at 11:30 and savor a Vietnamese-style lunch.
- Afternoon
The day boat continues to Ba Trai Dao Area, where you can swim in Lan Ha Bay's pristine waters. Afterwards, on the way back to the mother boat in Halong Bay, you have nearly an hour to visit a nearby pearl farm. You may read more about the cultivation and harvesting of pearls in Halong here. Return to the cruise ship at 16:00 and make your overnight stay there.

After such a busy day of activities, savor dinner from a wide selection of elegant Vietnamese and Western dishes. After that, you have free time to spend anyway you like. We'll continue our happy hour from 21:00 to 23:00. Meals consisted of three

To start the day off well, another thrilling Tai Chi class on the sundeck. Proceed to Titov Surprise Cave, the biggest cave in Halong Bay, by taking the tender. Ascend the stairs to explore the cave and take in the breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat around nine in the morning to check out and prepare for the return cruise to Halong City. Following a hearty breakfast buffet, visitors can unwind in the dining area or outside on the sundeck. At 11:00, arrive at Tuan Chau dock and board the minivan to return to Hanoi. - Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- An extra charge of USD 25.00 per extra bed if required to set up in the cabin for 02 days/1night program or USD 50.00 per extra bed for 03 days/2 nights program
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $40/adult and $15/child if guests stay on board on 24/12 and/or 31/12/2024 and/or Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025)
- Shuttle bus : $30 per person per round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- Cancellation Policy and Refund:
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
