When the shuttle bus pulls up to Tuan Chau Marina, a friendly staff will let you board and assist with the check-in process. While the ship is setting sail in Halong Bay, in the afternoon, Hera Chef will serve you a gourmet meal comprising dishes eaten by intellectuals in Hanoi between 1910 and 1930. After that, relax. After lunch, gear up for an afternoon full of exciting activities, such as hiking to the summit of the mountain to obtain a 360-degree view of Halong Bay, swimming at Titop Beach, going on a kayak excursion, or taking a sampan boat ride through Luon Cave. Around 5:30 or 6:00 p.m., Hera Chef will provide a cooking demonstration using authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
- Evening
Get ready for a delectable dinner at the restaurant featuring fresh seafood at around 7:30. You have free time in the evening to do as you choose. We might watch movies, play board games, go squid fishing, or do whatever else you enjoy. Included were lunch and dinner.
- Morning
After breakfast, leave the Titop region and board the dayboat to Lan Ha Bay. In one and a half hours, kayak to the Dark and Bright cave area. After that, head back to the day to rest and refresh.
- Afternoon
We eat lunch on the day boat. Visit the Ba Trai Dao Beach area in the afternoon; it's one of Lan Ha Bay's most stunning, unspoiled beaches. Here, you get around one hour and fifteen minutes to spend swimming and tanning. Visit the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum en route back to Halong Bay. Around 3:30 p.m., return to Hera Cruise. You can unwind on the Sundeck, schedule a massage, use the sauna and foot bath, or take a nap in your cabin. There is also a culinary workshop and a sunset party. If you want to save the most money on your favorite drinks, don't miss Happy Hour.
- Evening
Enjoy a delicious meal at the Lily's Restaurant or, if the weather permits, on the sun terrace. Savor your nighttime activities. Included were breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Morning
With Tai Chi exercises guided by a master instructor, begin your new day in Halong Bay (request a wake-up call at the reception). Pastries, coffee, and tea are available at the light breakfast buffet, which starts at 6:30. After that, Hera Cruise will take you to explore Sung Sot Cave and ascend stone steps to see a large lake that is referred to as a royal garden. Return to the boat later to unwind and see the cabin. There will be a full breakfast buffet served as the ship returns to the main port. Included were breakfast and lunch. ________________

- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the overnight cruise boarding time.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay an extra charge 75% of the adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.
- Extra bed is not available for either child or adult
- Peak season surcharge : $40/adult and $30/child for GALA dinner if traveling on 24 or 31 December, and $20/person for Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025)
- On the second day you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (3 day/2 night itinerary)
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
