I would like to know the differences between junior rooms and senior rooms please. And would I know which level the room is when I place the order?
1 answerAAnswered by Helen · 2 months ago
Dear Li, Regarding your inquiry about the Erina Cruise, the primary difference between the room types is their location. The Junior Suites are located on the 1st floor, while the Senior Suites are located on the 2nd floor. Best regards, Helen

Asked by Amanda Mitchelson · 5 months ago
We are a group of 6 adults hoping to do the 3 day/2night cruise in November 2026. We are looking at having 3 Junior Suites but wanted to check about whether there was a transfer available from and return to Hanoi? Also one of our group isn't a big fan of little boats so I wanted to check about the size of the launch/transfer boat! Any chance of a photo! Many thanks Amanda
1 answerAAnswered by Phoebe · 5 months ago
Dear Amanda Mitchelson, I wish to advise you that the rate on Erina Cruise has not included transportation round trip Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi yet. With your big group , I highly recommend taking the private minivan round trip at 195USD/cabin over the sharing bus option (30USD/person) for more privacy and comfortable. It's unfortunate that we do not have the transfer boat image as your request cause the Cruise advise they will use different boat for the second day outgoing activities depending on the number of passengers subject to upon arrival. Regards, Phoebe

Asked by Ian · 11 months ago
Does the 3 day / 2 night cruise arrive back in port in time to get the 12 noon Long Travel bus from Bai Chay to Tam Coc?
1 answerAAnswered by Helen · 11 months ago
Dear Ian, We are not entirely sure about the exact time you would arrive back in port. Typically, the cruise returns to the mainland between 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM. From there, it usually takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to reach Bai Chay. To assist you with your onward travel, we can offer a shuttle bus service directly from the cruise pier to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh, for $18 per person, per way. This service can be arranged to wait for you upon your disembarkation. Best regards, Helen
