- Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.
- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay: the decision is made by the Halong Bay Management Board on the day of departure.
- In the event of a weather cancellation we will arrange an alternative date on request, or refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
- Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before the day cruise boarding time.

- Children older than 12 are charged adult price
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $30/adult and $20/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st.
- Shuttle bus : $20/ adult and $15/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

- A small ship so we felt more intimate and private. - The cabins were clean and cozy. - The staff was very helpful. - Food at lunch and dinner was good. - Kayaking at the lagoon was excellent. - Wonderful scenery

The cooking demonstration was a bit boring as it wasn't actually like a class. The boat was anchored very close to a party boat so we could not sleep well.

If we have a large group that book that whole junk, can we customize our own itinerary?

Dear Mr. Wally, Certain cruises allow selection of route but others are fixed as they are registered with single route only. Halong Bay has regulation regarding which route a cruise can take.
